Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SECRET DEZIRE. We want you to love your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@secretdezire.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@secretdezire.com and we will resolve this for you promptly.
